Prior to my law enforcement career, I ran a successful local business that taught me the value of hard work, the tools needed to be a successful leader, the importance of being fiscally conservative, and the necessity of providing excellent customer service. 

I have always had a desire to serve in law enforcement, and after obtaining my Texas Peace Officer license, I was commissioned as a Deputy with Guadalupe County Constable Precinct 3. I initially worked on a volunteer basis with the goal of giving back to this community. As my passion for this work grew, I decided to step away from the private sector and dedicate my time to law enforcement.

In 2023, Constable Skrobarcek announced he would be retiring as the Precinct 3 Constable, leaving it up to the Commissioners Court to appoint a replacement to fill the office for the remainder of the term. After a rigorous interview and selection process between myself and another candidate, I was unanimously voted in by the Guadalupe County Commissioners Court and appointed as the Precinct 3 Constable on June 30th, 2023.

As Constable, I have led our office to focus on not only our assigned role in law enforcement but also what our local community expects out of us. As Officers of the Court, I have made it a point that we first and foremost complete those duties to only which we are assigned. These duties include service of process, executing judgments, and serving as bailiffs of the Justice of the Peace Court. Additionally, we need to be responsive to and address the concerns of the citizens. These concerns may include traffic enforcement, patrol functions, crime deterrence, criminal investigations, addressing issues within our precinct, and being actively involved in the community. I have also emphasized that we should fully support surrounding agencies in any way possible, including sharing information, providing manpower when needed, and assisting in major incidents. By upholding the duties and responsibilities of the Constable’s Office and being responsive to the needs of the citizens we serve, we genuinely aim to make our community a better, safer place for everyone.

I am committed to serving the Guadalupe County Precinct 3 community with unwavering dedication and a strong sense of responsibility. I am honored to have been appointed Precinct 3 Constable, and I pledge to continue working tirelessly to fulfill our duties, address community concerns, and uphold the principles of integrity and professionalism.
